Our learning design approach

Experiential learning enables you to actively participate in and leverage the application of new knowledge to real-world situations via concrete experiences, reflective observations, abstract conceptualisations, and active experimentation.

Scaffolded design breaks complex learning goals into digestible portions, with one portion of learning sequentially building on the previous via the active connection of new and old learnings, to demonstrate how to solve a problem independently.

Inclusive language principles recognise and value differences and ensure respectful communication regardless of nationality, language, culture, gender, sexuality, age, religion, socio-demographic factors, disabilities or other circumstances.

Universal design addresses the different ways that people learn, including specific requirements of individual learners such as vision or hearing impairments and/or variance related to neurodiversity or other circumstances. Teaching and learning founded on universal design facilitates learner engagement regardless of learning needs and styles and is accessible to a broader range of learners.
